We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced subject to the following conditions:

Θέλουμε να είστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι με την αγορά σας. Αν αλλάξετε γνώμη για οποιοδήποτε λόγο, θα δεχτούμε την επιστροφή υπό τις παρακάτω προϋποθέσεις:

  • the item must be returned within 15 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
  • items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
  • Swimwear– customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.
  • το προϊόν πρέπει να επιστραφεί εντός 15 ημερολογιακών ημερών με την απόδειξη αγοράς. Συνιστούμε να δοκιμάζετε άμεσα τα προϊόντα που έχετε παραλάβει, ώστε να μπορείτε να τα επιστρέψετε εντός προθεσμίας αν αυτό χρειαστεί.
  • τα προϊόντα πρέπει να επιστρέφονται στην αρχική τους κατάσταση, αφόρετα, χωρίς να έχουν πλυθεί ή μεταποιηθεί και με τα καρτελάκια τους να μην έχουν αφαιρεθεί.
  • Μαγιό: τα προίόντα πρέπει να δοκιμάζονται πάνω από τα εσώρουχα. Αν επιθυμείτε επιστροφή τα ειδικά προστατευτικά θα πρέπει να είναι στη θέση τους, διαφορετικά οι επιστροφές δεν γίνονται δεκτές.

 

Exchanges / Αλλαγές

We will happily exchange your unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing within 15  days of receipt. Exchanges can be made for a different size or another product of equal or greater value than the one originally purchased. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. The return of the original product will be by a courier company which will be selected by our company. Previous collection Sale items are final sale, no exchanges or returns. All returned items must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase.

In case a product is mistakenly sent, we are fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the customer, covering delivery costs in full, as long as the product is sent back in its original form. The replacement demand must be done within three (3) days from the mistaken delivery of the product and after previously contacting the company by e-mail.

Δεχόμαστε αλλαγές εντός δεκαπέντε (15) ημερολογιακών ημερών από την απόδειξη αγοράς σε προϊόντα που δεν έχουν φορεθεί, πλυθεί ή υποστεί μεταποίηση. Αλλαγή μπορεί να γίνει στο μέγεθος ή με άλλο προϊόν ίσης ή μεγαλύτερης αξίας από το αρχικό. Το κόστος αποστολής επιβαρύνει τον πελάτη και δεν επιστρέφεται. Η επιστροφή του αρχικού προϊόντος γίνεται με εταιρεία courier της επιλογής μας. Προϊόντα από παλαιότερες σεζόν είναι τελικές πωλήσεις, δεν γίνονται αλλαγές ούτε επιστροφές. Όλα τα είδη προς επιστροφή πρέπει να συνοδεύονται από την απόδειξη αγοράς τους.
